I was in your branch at Mcarthur Glenn this morning. I must say although I was very Impressed with your range of shoes your staff were excellent in particular Kiera who was very patient and completely professional when dealing with a real unruly child. Well done will be using again
Horrible! Around 10 days ago I bought some shoes for my son which didn’t fit him. So I went to return them, the lady working there over 50 years old, she immediately put on a rude look and didn’t trust me at all then she asked for my receipt however I forgot it, so she started inspecting the shoes around 2-3 times like they had been used then I said kindly I didn’t want my money back I just wanted to swap the shoes for a bigger size, then I said do you not trust me after she started marking up alibis after lots of unnecessary talking I called my wife to ask her find the receipt and take a picture of it. After I showed the receipt and she got all kind and smiling, and changed the shoes. This service is very poor, and she doesn’t deserve her wages for the amount of disrespect she gave me.We love Clark for the last 20 years I’ve been shopping there and I still will but this rubbish behaviour is not acceptable.

Great experience at Clark’s with Laura serving us. MacArthur Glen Clark’s shop and partner bought two great pairs of shoes and got blue light card discount as a working nurse. Laura great customer service and highly recommend this shop .
My recent visit to the Clarks store at the East Midlands Designer Outlet was a really positive experience. I was impressed by the sheer amount of stock they had on display – plenty of styles and sizes to choose from, which is always a bonus, especially when you're looking for something specific. The staff were also fantastic; friendly, helpful, and readily available to offer assistance without being pushy. And of course, the best part about outlet shopping is the discounts, and Clarks didn't disappoint! There were some great deals to be had, making it a worthwhile trip for anyone looking for quality shoes at a more affordable price. I'd definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.
Great friendly service. Staff member Ryan measured daughters feet and then did a confirmation check to ensure shoes matched feet correctly. Will definitely come here and again and 100% recommend here to everyone
The Clarks Factory Shop is certainly worth a visit. There is plenty of parking nearby. The shop is very relaxed, you can walk around & try a good selection of shoes on & the staff don't bother you at all unless you ask for assistance. The shoes are all in order of size so very easy to find your own size. Prices are very reasonable & some of the sale items can be very cheap. I would definitely recommend a visit.
Managed to find something in my size I liked, it is a bit hit and miss but that's just the nature of outlet shops. Quality and fit are excellent. Great footwear!
Had my son measured for his 1st proper shoes here and the staff we're very friendly and helpful. Lovely, quiet and clean shop. We will definitely come back again!
