   Visited this shop today as I do every few weeks to buy shoes ,sandals. On this occasion I took my 6 month old labradoodle in with me as they are supposed to be dog friendly and have always been great with my older doodle Arthur.My puppy was fussed by a young lady and got excited so had a small wee on the rug for which I apologised .The blonde haired assistant with glasses turned abruptly to me and said loudly in front of other customers 'I hope you don't expect me to clean that up.I don't clear up after dogs'.I retorted twice as she kept repeating this passively aggressively to me that no had had asked her to and I would of course do this myself.I have spent vast amounts of money in this store and I have NEVER in my 56 years been spoken to so unprofessionaly or aggressively. I even saw her in the stock room looking at me through the window after the above incident .The whole issue has left me shaken and with anxiety about EVER entering this store again.I spoke with the manager and did not get much help there either.The only friendly mos was another lady who I asked for spray and some roll to wipe the tiny amount t of puppy wee up.She was examplar and could not apologise enough to me.This was one of the most traumatic shopping experiences ever and feels like I have been attacked.Avoid at all costs if you have a dog.I will be taking this higher as was truly shocking

   Went to your branch at Mc Arthur Glen and the staff couldn't be more helpful, unfortunately there weren't enough staff to deal with the amount of customers so had a long wait for service. This needs to be addressed ASAP as it doesn't reflect how helpful the staff are.

   I have been looking for a new pair of shoes for my new job working in the hospital. My feet are complicated! In the past shoes have always been either too big, too small, not the right colour or not waterproof. Today I went into Pavers and the lady who served me was extremely helpful! She helped me pick out multiple shoes and recommended others to me. In the end, I chose her recommendation as they were a perfect fit, very comfortable and under my budget. She was very supportive and helpful. The customer service was fantastic, and above all not pressuring you to buy more expensive shoes.

   I visited Pavers today and was served by a very helpful member of staff. Her name was Imogen. She was extremely helpful and very patient. To the manager of Pavers. Look after this member of of staff as good customer service goes a long way and she had plenty of it. Excellent member of staff.

   Recently moved to a new unit in and had a face lift (Autumn 2020). A great improvement, no more shuffling up and down narrow isles all of the stock is now nicely presented and easy to pick from. Prices are pretty good and the lady who served us was only too happy to help.

   We went to the McArthur Glenn East Midlands store yesterday. The store was pleasant and much easier to move around than the old premises further down the mall. We were served by Beth who was very helpful, polite and attentive even though she was serving several customers at one time. She was the only member of staff serving although someone else was bringing shoes down for customers. It worked well although I did think Beth could have done with some help. We are very happy with our purchases of three pair of shoes. Well done Beth.
