   Brought new suitcase & a dressing up costume for my youngest granddaughter today. Got 20 percent off the case with my matalan card so that was great!! Didn’t catch the name of one of the staff but she was lovely think the one that originally served me was new but the other one helped out.

   Have used Matalan for many years. Came in yesterday and picked items totalling over £100, told couldn't try anything on so promptly put them back. I can't be doing with taking them home to try on and then having to return if any issues. So time consuming and costly with petrol usage etc. Will think twice before using Matalan again !!

   Several times I’ve been to this store now and always get the same issues. I’m all for using the self service checkouts. But if there is an issue with one of the machines there is never a quick way to solve the problem. Twice I’ve been over charged at the checkout due to items being priced wrong. And there is only one actual person on a Till and there’s usually a big que. So the idea of quickness goes out the window ! Staff are not friendly or welcoming and being in the store is like an inconvenience! No staff on hand to help with anything.
