Good shop for big & tall blokes
Google maps told me Bad Rhino was at the location of Yours, so I popped in to ask and found it is the same shop. Staff are good but Google maps shows a car park.....there isn't one. Not very helpful when struggling with a grumpy disabled husband, who hates shopping for HIS clothes and really found it difficult to reach from the nearest car park where the lift is out of order.
Sue and Tanya were super helpful..... Sue went out of her way to accommodate me and went above and beyond to make sure I left with what I needed.... They could see clothes shopping was a little daunting for me and gave me pointers and advice offering to order in from other stores encouraging me to try clothes on first. I was made to feel very welcomed and that nothing I asked was too much to ask. I wish more stores were as accommodating, will definitely come back!!!!
Went in today looking for some shorts for a holiday. Unfortunately, stock had not come in yet, I was a little early. Instead I met a lovely lady named Sue and other members of staff who were also very helpful. She is lovely and helpful and made me more aware of what looked good together which emphasised my body shape and showed me how items put with other items looked really stunning. It took me well out of my comfort zone but at the same time I liked what she was showing me. We must have been in the store for well over an hour trying lots of different outfits etc. It really blew me away. The final outcome was that I bought nearly all of the items she put together and I went out of there stunned that I was shown so many items the were really very right for me and my shape. I will definitely be back and frequently. An experience I will not forget. Excellent service, over and above and definitely a return customer.
