Bought a bag for the Mrs only to bring it back half hour later as she has something similar. They didn't offer a refund but offered a credit note in exchange. Signs in store should be clearer.
Eqvvs delivered to wrong address . Confirmed by themselves , asked me to try collect which I did but had no luck . They refused to re-fund blaming delivery. silly really as just charged back and left me to leave a review. poor customer service. contract is with Eqvvs not the delivery company they use. if anyone else has this issue

Awesome collection of designer brands and always my go to online clothing site.Ordered for next day delivery and the item arrived at 8am,can’t argue with that.They also sell a lot of things which you can’t access elsewhere.

I'm glad there's a store that sells designer brands in this town since no one else does. They could have larger selection tho, mistake that most high street shops do, limited selection. Otherwise it's nice store and great staff.
Stopped shopping here after I realised they have hidden cameras in the smoke alarms in the changing rooms. Not good form. I appreciate they need to protect stock but not at the expense of paying customers privacy.
I ordered a really nice ted baker bracelet, it’s lovely & forgot to put my discount code & they refunded me the difference. How nice & helpful. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended xx
We went today to buy jeans for my son. Given the fact that the shop sells expensive designer brands, the shop assistant was extremely helpful in trying to find a pair of jeans to suit our budget. I could not praise the young lady more - she was not pushy in any way, and I will definitely go back as part of my commitment to shop independent and local.
Love this clothes shop some quality items. I go there for all my stone island and such very fair prices and staff are on hand to help with any questions. What i like is they don't smoother you and are happy to let you browse clothes to your hearts content.
