Served today by Rosie who sorted an exchange out for me. Great customer service. Will use the Mansfield store rather than Sutton in future.
Shop shuts at 1730. Changing room shut at 1705. Staff not bothered that they lost sales as a result. Obviously more keen to get home. Won’t shop there again
Got jumper bag & emery boards yesterday 6th February on a gift card I had left from Christmas. Rosie is a lovely staff member. Nice staff in Sutton in Ashfield as well.
Don't offer alternatives from an email receipt and male manager acts like he's being personally attacked whenever he's minorly inconvenienced. Girl called Brooke on till is a lovely girl and deserves a whole lot more than New Look.
0 customer service, in a well known high street store. Going to collect a parcel at 5:15pm after finishing work, 15 minutes before store closing, to not even have a hello back, grab the scanner, the only words ‘what’s your name’, to walking straight off to the back to grab the parcel. Working in customer service myself, I understand we are all ready for finishing work, but baffling that you can be so rude when working face to face with customers!
Didn't buy on this occasion but staff in store were really helpful. The changing rooms are spacious and clean like the rest of the store.
Shop very inviting. Had lots to look at. Found walking round the shop easy. Changing rooms clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice shopping experience.
New Look is a great place to go I got a £25 voucher for Christmas and I spend half of it they sell perfume clothes and other stuff as well like headbands like boots and all things that teenagers would like or even adults and children
Sizes are way off in the "curves" section bought a size up (20) and still. To small , my friend who's a 14_16 tried on the 20 jeans and they fitted perfectly
I recently visited my local new look store this week as my orders where ready for Collection & I had brought Proof of the emails I had been sent from your selfs telling me that my orders where ready to be collected from my local store when I went into the store I spoke to a young lady telling her I have come to collect my orders & she went to go get them & come back with one I told the lady I have another Order I showed the lady my emails telling me that it had come to the store but the lady said no it's not here the lady was being very not very understanding about what I was trying to tell her & she had no customer service skills at all her whole attitude was disgusting & she then said I will phone customer services to see where it is then when she had come off the phone she never explained to Me what was said she just told me that she would be right back after 5 mins she come back with my other order that was there & she never apologise for the inconvenience which I thought was disgusting & I wouldn't be shopping at the Mansfield new look store again
