   I went here to see if they had some shoes i had seen at meadowhall. They didn't have them here and explained to the member of staff that I wanted them but was confused why they aren't online or in this shop. She just said 'ohhhhh' lol didn't offer to look for them or suggest anything, so I have ask for help online, hopefully I will get some help. P.s it wasn't busy in the shop either. One member of staff merchandising shoes and one customer looking at bags. So not rushed off their feet. Poor service :(

   Rude staff member Went to return ....well swop some jeans no refund just straight swop Told to late .. My answer been self isolating and was the first chance to return ..sorry swop the item Can’t do anything ....and why is that our fault Well it’s not my fault there is a world wide pandemic Really although it’s a straight swop and you still sell the item Can’t do anything So I am stuck with an item can’t wear Can’t do anything Thanks Mansfield river island your staff are so helpful and rude Now I am stuck with an item no one can wear and will not be buying anything else I had ordered some jeans to be delivered which will be coming straight back to you too Sort your rude unhelpful staff out

   The manager at this shop is extremely rude. I am writing this post and then I shall be sending a letter of complaint to River Island and to Watch Dog and to Trading Standards. Attempted a return of some items which I had bought online and paid Via Paypal. I printed off the returns policy and went to get my refund but the lady manager flatly refused that I should have this return, even though I showed her my print out of their website she still tried to say that they hadn't updated their returns policy online, I mean HELLO!! Is that my problem. She stood looking at their returns policy on my phone for 10 minutes trying her hardest to find a reason to decline my return, in the end she went down stairs calling me names as she was walking off and told a member of staff to ban us from the store, next minute security turned up to turf me out!!! Absolutely disgraceful and River Island should be appalled at the levels of services they give loyal customers, who might I add was 100% right on this occasion. The lady manager obviously didn't like to be proven wrong and so became aggressive, when security came I explained all to them, and they agreed with me!!! Figures!!!! She also told the security I was a lone and flipping out, when actually I was with my husband and 2 young children. In my opinion, she inst fit to manage a store and clearly she cant even manage her own emotions or self control!!1 SACK HER. p.s - i RECORDED THE WHOLE LOT TOO ON MY PHONE
