I can't really comment on the laptop as I've only just started using it, but it has an absolute cracking spec for the money, 16gb yoga. I couldn't suss out the best choice for music software without spending hundreds more. Spent quite a while pottering about, checking the spec etc with the staff was actually a **really nice way to buy** The chaps went out of their way to make sure I got all the info I needed, battery discharge check done, as well as answering dozens of questions/spec/checks I needed doing. Actually was really nice to buy from there. Cheers Andy for taking loads of hassle out of the experience! I was in and out of the shop for hours and Andy was excellent craic, a lovely chap and very patient.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping with this fantastic business, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! Their prices are absolutely the best in Nottingham, offering incredible value without compromising on quality. The customer service was exceptional - every staff member I interacted with was polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, especially Ash. It’s rare to find such a combination of affordability and excellent service, but they truly excel in both areas. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great deals and top-notch customer support. Best buy pack place in Notts. A definite five-star experience!

This store is amazing. The dudes who run it seem to have an eye for cool, quirky items and its a really great place to shop for second hand phones. There's quite a lot of music related items too and is a good place to look for electronic music equipment.
