I went here yesterday after having a bad experience at the other curry’s in Nottingham to try and get a new laptop and when I got to the laptop section a lovely woman call Aleena came up and asked if I needed any help she was very polite and knew a lot about the laptops. She listened to what I wanted a laptop for and how much I wanted to spend and she even explained what the ram and different things where and how they work she did not try and over sell me ones that was expensive. She was a delight and very helpful I will recommend anyone needing a laptop of pc to go and see her as they will definitely get the help that they need and have a great experience.
Hassan delivered excellent customer service. He found me a new phone and sim straight away -which was £15 than what my provider at the time could offer. He helped set up and transfer everything over to my new phone so I could walk out the store knowing nothing else needed to be done. Can’t recommend him enough, thank you for all your help!
Upper floor hardly find any sales people. One lady is working on upper floor promoting some of her own favourite brands and hiding good branded products. Confusing of prices. And availability of products telling depending on likeness, as we figure out. And also told us, the display LG product is the only item available and therfore they gonna sell for lesser price of 479 as the main cost is 750 and lastly told stocks available for LG washer /dryer and new one also can give for the same discounted amount of 479. This is customer cheating. Also the lady was hinting the customers as we did not purchased yesterday, saying things to the other sales person. She doesn't show any respect for customers, as we were waiting long time for her to purchase the products, which is the total cost of 550 pounds. Also, she was promoting to buy the tumble dryer and washing machine separately and other person promoting both washer/dryer and says its better and low cost than purchasing two items. Also, at times say they can transport and at times say they can not. However, we got confused and disappointed and came out from currys without purchasing. We went today with ready finances to purchase both washing machine and tumble dryer both, however, due to poor customer service and not having the product knowledge of the service providers, we didn't purchase the products, which we were ready to pay 550 pounds and got disappointed with the currys service.
Bad customer service. Spent ten mins wandering around trying to get some help as I wanted to purchase a Dolby atmos sound system. Eventually spoke to a guy who said he would.be back to help as he was on phone. He turns up 5 mins later serving another customer .credit where due he found someone else to help me. However when I asked for a demo the chap couldn't find a remote to work the system!. Also according to the website there was stock of the unit but none available. Both workers couldn't seem to give me the time of day .I wanted to make a purchase and I would perhaps have spent more money on a more expensive system but didn't get shown any. They didn't seem to have any product knowledge at all. Having spent thousands at this store I have to say pretty poor show from curry's. You lost some sales guys and I won't be coming back .
Went to look at washers for my daughter. The lady that served us think her name was Olive. Absolutely fantastic service. She answered every question. Her knowledge was exemplary. My daughter bought a washer and it was delivered Sunday. We then went looking at fridge freezers again Olive was with us helping . Then a friend came in looking for a new hoover again Olive sorted our friend out. This was Curry's at castle marina Nottingham. Ask for Olive you cant go wrong.
We recently purchased a 75 inch Philips Ambilight TV from Currys castle marina. The TV was delivered faulty and we were disappointed as we had saved up for a while. However, customer services arranged for a stress-free and prompt replacement. We are very happy and confident that this branch will have our back if we have any problems with future purchases. I went there to get some advice regarding soundbars. I was pleasantly surprised when I was introduced to their audio expert. He was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the different systems which helped me to choose the best one for me. I went in there for an LG and came away with a Denon!
Stood around for 10mins and was ignored staff members staring at their phones.... There to make a cash purchase only to find they had no stock week after black Friday... Whilst I don't want to be jumped on by sales staff a little acknowledgement would have been appreciated.. Brought my item online from a different retailer next day......Says it all really !
