   Quite disappointed in fact. These guys booked our van in for work to be done. They asked me to specifically come in so they could inspect the van before agreeing to the job. I cancelled my plans on a Friday to drive the 1.5hrs to their shop only to have them confirm all was on board and within scope of services. I then email several times to ask for a quote as we drew nearer the day. They said they would get back to me on several occasions, and didn't. Then with 1 working day to spare I call them about the job and they say they couldn't do it. Had I not called, who's to say I wouldn't have rocked up there only to be dismissed? It's a shame because they are a family business and I actually really liked the people whom I met but they royally messed me about and I'm out of pocket given I took a day off work. Maybe they are good at what they do but be sure to get all your ducks in a row with them prior to working with them would be my two scents

   Extremely rude to mr when I explained that the job had to be cancelled due to financial problems at the time. I did them the courtesy of going in person when I was insulted with very strong language. Very unprofessional and nasty manager. I would not recommend this business. I was called a "little prick" but managed to walk out of the reception without losing my temper. That's a restraint which is a credit to me. As a younger man I'm not sure that would have happened.

   Absolutely amazing job! Webbers fit me in within a week. I had scratches on the boot of my car and did not believe they could fully be removed. I picked the car up and they were completely gone, could not even see where they were originally. So pleased!

   I had a broken bumper whilst travelling to Plymouth on holiday. The guy I spoke to seemed genuinely sorry he couldn’t turn around the ordering and replacement in the time I was on my break and gave his time to talk me through the repairs, even though he would be unable to carry out the work. He even fixed a separate problem for me free of charge on the spot. A really nice company and a reliable and genuine guy working there. Thank you

   Needed the corrosion sorted on my arches for my E36 - which is my baby, understandably I was cautious where ever I was going to go. Looking at a few good reviews on here, I decided to put my trust in these guys. They have done a fantastic job, looks brand new, done to the highest standard and you can tell they have put care and passion into it. They even sorted a leak in my rear light and the paint job is seamless. Provided a courtesy car and were genuinely sound guys. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
