    Flowers were absolutely lovely... Once they got the order right. I ordered through inter flora which meant the order was fulfilled at another shop and sent to Gravesend. When I picked it up they gave me 6 roses - I'd paid for 12. They had no details written down except a name. Once I spotted the mistake they allowed me to pick out a bouquet that matched what I paid for from their selection... Would they have had something else that matched what I'd paid for had it not been Valentines day?

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. They allowed my order to go through and then the day they are meant to deliver say they’re system was down (how convenient) and they don’t actually deliver to the post code I requested. Wouldn’t waste your money with this company it’s now too late to find someone else to deliver for today so I have to let a family member down because they’re liars.

    I ordered and paid for a bouquet of flowers for my cousin's funeral. I wanted to collect them on the morning of the funeral to make sure they were fresh. I specifically asked for lillies and spider chrysanthemums. Not only did I get roses and marigolds, with one lily, they were nowhere near fresh. Very disappointed. There's no second chance with a funeral...
