I would highly recommend Steve Barnett's Caravan Service. Both he and his wife are always very friendly and helpful. Steve always explains what work he has undertaken in a very knowledgeable but easy to understand manner. He will point out any issues that he has come across and he may make suggestions as to how it can be remedied without being too costly, which to me is excellent customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to other caravan or motorhome owners.
I had my caravan serviced by Steve after Tamar Trailer centre said they needed at least two months notice to book in a service. Steve and his wife are knowledgeable and friendly, they also helped with getting the van in and out of the unit which was great. On pick up, Steve explained everything that he'd done in an easy to understand manner, he also gave me some good advice on correct nose weight for towing. I will definitely be using their services again.
