Mitchell couldn’t have been more helpful, polite and professional and managed to trace two leaks in our bathroom, repairing one and replacing the other. He also gave useful hints on drying out the carpet more quickly. Would happily recommend him to anyone.

Asked 10 months ago i asked MLT to contact me, they never did. I then had a message to remove my review as it was negative and it was a genuine mistake and they didn't receive the message which I did. Asked them to contact me 5 days ago by leaving an answerphone message and on their contact form. So far no response and have got someone else. Not knocking their work as I can't comment on that but am surprised they have any work if they don't get back to people. Once may be an oversight but twice ......nah
We contacted Mitch after having an unexpected boiler failure requiring a new boiler. Mitch was quick to respond to our plight. Mitch gave a very competitive quote for the installation a Worcester boiler with a 10 year guarantee. Mitch was able to help in a timely manner which was amazing as being without hot water and heating is pretty uncomfortable! He even offered to fit it whilst we are away on holiday so we could come home to heating and hot water. We chose however to have it fitted once we got home and we are glad we did purely because it was an absolute pleasure to have Mitch in our home. He was very efficient, he got the job done to a very high standard in the time frame he had given us. He was extremely tidy in his work and checked with us throughout that we were happy with his installation. He made sure his installation and programming of the boiler would give us the most cost and energy efficient supply. He then took the time to show us how to use the boiler and he completed all the paperwork and registered our boiler for us for the warranty. He also reduced our bill for anything that he didn’t end up needing to use. Mitchell is a very professional, genuine and nice chap ! He clearly is passionate about his trade and we would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber !
