Such a friendly helpful place, evertime I go in. The man was so helpful in greeting me and finding what I wanted just from a picture I had on my phone. Great job team ! Definitely be back !
I wanted a gift for my sons upcoming birthday, primarily a silver St.Christopher I could engrave but sadly they don't sell them. The assistant, a young girl by the name of Maya was extremely helpful. Friendly, informative and patient with my pondering. I left with a beautiful cross and upgraded chain, expertly offered to me to view and gift wrapped. The male assistant in the store was also very friendly so a big thank you to them.

Can't fault the service - I called up to ask if they could help to reshape an eternity rang, having unsuccessfully tried a few others. When I arrived an hour later, the staff, including the manager (Darian?) were super helpful and friendly and fixed it in no time, then didn't want any money at all for their work - fantastic, thank you so much. Highly recommended!
Very disappointed. Couple of weeks my partner bought me earrings. I lost my back butterfly plug. Went in for a new one. They give to me without saying that I can’t touch it. Anyway it was too small fir mu earrings. On the end someone else comw and told me that I have to pay them, because I was trying it. Wy they give it to me then?
Placed an order online. Paid. No confirmation of purchase or when delivery will be. Have sent emails asking for help, but no response. Called the store,and they said they can't help and to contact customer services.
Really bad customer service. Walked in to ask questions which were snubbed by the lady behind the counter. Watched her then go to find the jewellery for me in the back room and she's whispering at her colleague about me, rolling her eyes. Just unnecessary and extremely rude.
Have come up from Cornwall to visit on a Thursday. States that you are open until 5.30pm. Upon arriving at 3pm the store was shut with the shutters down. Not what I expected from a popular brand. Will be taking my custom elsewhere.
The worse customer service I have ever experienced! Awful replies - and when they do, emails are very unhelpful full of spelling mistakes and poor grammar. Refuse to refund for unopened gifts purchased less than 48 hours before! Apparently, for customers who come in-store rather than ordering online - refunds are not an option... doesn't make sense. I got told in store if i contact customer services they will issue me a refund... We accidentally ordered two, so would like a refund for the one we don't want. Money is still in their company so I can't work out why refunding is not an option. DO NOT SHOP HERE - seen many more 1 star reviews of unhappy customers!
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. My Dad who has severe dementia bought a nice necklace as a Christmas gift for my mum. It was a really big deal for him to go out and buy it. When my mum opened the gift she discovered that the chain had both sides of chain clasps missing. She returned the necklace to the shop only to discover they were totally uninterested and refused any help. They refused to replace it and refused to give a refund or repair it. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
