    I purchased an engagement ring from these muppets. It had to be sent away to be altered. I was assured it would be available for collection in 1 week. I arranged an engagement party accordingly. When I went to collect the ring, not only was in not ready, but the shopkeeper waffled some obviously made-up excuse off the top of his head. I could tell by the hesitation in his voice and his body language, it was bullshit and he'd merely forgotten to collect it. So, we had an engagement party with no ring. I was assured it would be ready to collect the following monday. Duly, we received a text to say it was ready. I reached the shop 45 mins before their stated closing time of 5pm, to discover they'd locked up and buggered off early. This was yesterday. I tried calling this am, but no answer. It seems they open when they feel like it and 'customer service' is a concept entirely alien to them. My advice is GO ELSEWHERE! I wish I had.
