   I took a watch in for a new battery. The watch had been bought in Switzerland by my Dad in 2010. My Dad passed away recently and I was hoping to wear the watch to his funeral. Unfortunately when the battery was removed it transpired that there was an additional part that needed replacing. They told me it could be a few weeks before I could get the watch back. I explained to them that I had been hoping to wear it for my dad's funeral and they obviously saw how disappointed I was. They consequently went to great lengths to get it back to me in full working order within 48 hours and only charged me for the cost of the battery. Exceptional service. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   My first experience of using Gerry & Co. I took a ring in to be resized a couple of weeks ago. I collected my ring today & was very pleased with the result. The gentleman & lady I saw today was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

   Knowledgeable and friendly staff. This is a quality jewellery shop that pays attention to detail and the more traditional side of jewellery life. I would recommend going here if you are looking for something specific or even high quality second hand. They also buy gold and traditional set jewellery.

1. EXPLORING WITH MATTY ★☆☆☆☆

   WARNING they tried to heavily under pay me to day !! 22c. 8.82 grams should be £535 The offer they tried to give was £411. And the old woman was very hostile towards me !!! They do not keep up to date with gold prices. I went in and the woman had a price list stuck on a calculator. And it said 41 a gram on 22c yet the scrap price is 61 a gram to day. And I had nearly 9 grams so 530 pounds worth she tried to offer me £411. And then said she would have to put the money in my bank in a day or 2 so they expect me to give them and item and then just hope the money goes in to my bank. They would not let me take a 500 pound item and then send them money a day or to later. This is not how you conduct your self... Update sold the ring in torquay to giles&son they payed me £600. That's 200 more than what this place offered. Gerry&co scam artists

   I could not recommend this jewellers enough. I had a Gold Diamond ring passed down through my family of which the diamond had become loose from the setting. I was given a quote for the fix within a short turn around and went ahead with it. All I can say is wow. It looks completely bought back to life in all its glory. They truly have done a wonderful job. The staff are so friendly and informative even telling me the year it was produced and location. They are more than fair with the price. Truly a great establishment.

   When I shop anywhere I look for and expect great customer service. This jewelers is long established with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I feel confident taking my jewelry to them for valuation or repair. Which I have done over the years. They recently changed a watch battery for my Bulova watch. Another jewelers had previously really scratched the back of the case which upset me. It has a lot of sentimental value. At Gerry and Co they offered to try and re polish the back of the case to remove the deep scratches. I was thrilled to collect the watch which had been fitted with a new battery. With expert care and attention they had managed get the scratches out for me free of charge. Wonderful! Thank you I will be back!

   I took my St Christopher and Chain into Gerry & Co to be repaired they thoroughly inspected and measured the chain and its damage and gave me a quote on the spot and returned the St Christopher to me and kept the chain for repair. I then received a phone call Advising me the chain was ready for collection. I collected it later that day and was very please with the repair and the service and professionalism shown by the staff

   I purchased our wedding rings from Gerry & Co and recently returned to buy a gift for my wife for our 25th Anniversary. The service is still excellent, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. My wife was delighted with the gift. We have also had my fathers watch strap adjusted a couple to times to fit our son. Again the service was perfect. I can happily recommend Gerry & Co and will use them again with confidence.
