   I am delighted that someone told me about John at the Strand Jewellery Workshop. I have had 2 rings repaired. Our local jewellers said that my eternity ring would be about £1,000, and of my husband's wedding ring, which needed to be made smaller, I was told it was too wide to re-size! John has repaired my eternity ring for much much less than a thousand pounds, and has re-sized the wedding ring - my husband is now able to wear it again. Thank you John Melling

   Fantastic service from John. I sent 4 broken chains for repair, 2 were straight forward and 2 required soldering. Despite John expressing concern that the soldered repairs might be visible, the repairs were seamless and the chains returned within a couple of days. Very pleased with the results.
