I started my laser journey with Amii this week and honestly could not be happier. she spoke me through everything and is super knowledgeable on the whole process and made me feel so comfortable when the nerves started kicking in. Could not recommend harder. Thanks so much again❤️
theeeee GOAT. so knowledgable and friendly, i’m surprised she doesn’t have queues out the door and down the road. i came to amii last year to remove three tattoos, two of them very thick and black. the first two have almost completely disappeared at this point. the third has been harder to shift due to scarring/overworking by the original tattooist, but amii gave me realistic advice before and during the process to help manage my expectations and get a better end result. she was also there to bounce around ideas for potential cover ups. such a good egg, would recommend to anyone looking to fade or remove a tattoo - especially if you’re feeling nervous and need a calming presence :-)
Had a few removal sessions with Amii a little while back now in preparation for a tattoo cover up. What an amazing experience with amii, from booking and such easy communications to the session itself. Amii is very knowledgeable and provides an excellent and friendly service and aftercare.

Had my second laser removal appointment with Ami today! Ami is super professional but most of all really welcoming and always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed before my session! I really can’t recommend Ami enough, you’re in super good hands and have nothing to worry about if you’re considering getting laser tattoo removal! I was toying with the idea for years and I’m so happy I bit the bullet and went to see Ami, also a massive plus…..the pain REALLY isn’t that bad! Firstly, I just want to say how kind and welcoming Ami is. I’ve had a couple of tattoos, but never laser removal - to say I was nervous is an understatement! The studio was BEAUTIFUL (not much to do with the removal itself, but a bonus point!), and everything was explained to me prior to the session so I immediately felt more relaxed and in safe hands. Removal itself was not that enjoyable! But was much more bearable than I thought. Got given an ice pack and a bandage and was sent on my way to enjoy the rest of the day. Now THIS is when Ami shone and was spectacularly amazing. She told me from the off that if I had any worries or concerns that I could contact her at any time. I didn’t know what to expect and wanted to make sure nothing was infected/too bruised/inflamed etc, so I sent a photo alongside my question. I got a reply super, super quickly - my boyfriend doesn’t even reply that fast! I asked probably another three questions (sorry Ami!!), but everything was received with kindness and care. My next session will be in the new year and even though I can’t say I’m looking forward to the actual removal too much, I am very much looking forward to seeing Ami again and getting further into my removal process.

During this time Amii communication with the customers via Instagram was great and always willing to rebook you, when she can. Overall Ive had 11 sessions with Amii, each session has been great, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. So if you suffer from anxiety or real bad nerves then you will be fine with Amii, as Amii makes you feel comfortable. Amii professionalism and understanding of tattoos and different types of skin makes you feel at ease. Also what makes it easy, is that Amii is only a message away. So if you have any problems or need any advice, then she is there for you. All round great service :)
Amii is an amazing laser technician who is also a lovely person. I’ve been going now for about 8 sessions, and she is always professional and makes me feel comfortable. She provides excellent aftercare advice and always cares about her customers. I cannot recommend her enough!
