   I am very upset with this company. A month ago a bought an expensive Wallace and Gromit raincoat. The size was way too small despite the fact that it was the size recommended on the site. I sent it back immediately which was now over 2 weeks ago. Paid postage myself. The company are now claiming they haven’t received the item and won’t refund me. I’m down €40 and have no item or refund. I’ve never had such hassle or rude customer service from an online business. Very upsetting. Would not recommend.
