Lots of beautiful pet accessories to choose from. Friendly staff that gave my puppy Luna lots of attention and treats. We will definitely visit again.
Great pet shop! Our dog LOVED the grain free food and he’s usually a fussy eater. I’ve never seen him as excited for dinner before. We were only visiting but if we are ever back in Belfast I’ll make sure to come back!
Adorable shop! Very friendly staff. I ended up here on a Sunday morning because I asked Google to point me to a pet food store that's open before 1pm. They cater more for dogs than for cats but you will find a small range of cat food, treats and accessories as well. You won't find supermarket brand pet food here- they seem to stock their own brand of food and treats (and maybe some from other small companies- I didn't look too closely). Some of the treats have refills available, too, I'm not sure about the food. They have a big range of gifts for dog owners as well. My cat hasn't tried his treats yet, so I can't comment yet on how well they go down.
What a fantastic shop, from the moment we walked in we were welcomed, stock is fantastic and has something for every pet and its owner, coffee is fantastic too. The harnesses are the only type our pup will wear as they buckle from the side and don’t need to go over the head and how cute the patterns are too. On our visit in we got a coffee, some treats for bopeep, cheese dust for her food ( which she loves ) , some poop bags which oddly are the nicest ones we have ever came across and actually feel velvety, an odd thing to say about poo bags I know. The place is immaculate, smells lovely and the staff couldn’t be more helpful too.
So I ordered stuff from their website (wish I lived closer so I could visit) and idiotically did two separate orders within the space of 10 minutes, and a little while later on got a phone call from one of the lovely ladies there asking if I could put the orders together and get one of the postage refunded! Noones ever called to give me a refund like that before! But the lady was super friendly and helpful! Will definitely order from here again! Also dexter loved it

Such a nice selection of collars that are a reasonable price. I loved them so much that I bought one for each of my spaniels and a friends dog also. Placed my order on Saturday morning and my order arrived on Monday morning in such a nice wrapping. 100% recommend. I will be coming back for all future collars.
Was really looking forward to trying here given all the great reviews and things we saw on social media but unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations and left feeling disappointed. There was little to no interaction with the staff and our dog who we brought for his 1st birthday. The female who served us didn't bother with our dog for the 30 mins we were there. We also encountered the owner a few times, upon entering and leaving the shop, and again there was zero interaction with our dog whatsoever. I understand she must see a plethora of dogs on a daily basis, but it made us feel slightly awkward. It wasn't like it was busy either, we were the only ones in the shop at the time. Both my partner and I felt as though having the dog there was an inconvenience. It does have a fantastic sitting area out the back and the coffee and traybakes are great and reasonably priced. As for the dog merchandise, this is markedly more expensive with a much higher price point than what you would find at Pets at home and Amazon. To give you an example, the portable dog water dispensers were retailing at £10.99 at the time of writing this review (and that was only for the small one, I'd guess the larger one was closer to £20) whereas Pets at Home were selling them for £1 and Amazon a similar model for £2.99. All in all disappointed, we wanted to enjoy our visit but didn't aside from the coffee. I'd like to think this was just an exception given all the other positive feedback. That being said, I wouldn't rush back. 2/5
What an amazing shop, everything a dog, cat or their human could want in one friendly space, with a little outdoor area at the back where you can enjoy a coffee and a snack. Our puppy was treated like royalty and enjoyed making some new friends among the staff and customers. We will definitely be back!
Popped in to ask what they have available for our Willow's 1st birthday. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. I got a scarf with hat and a woofin. Thanks so much. You guys have a lovely store and I will be back to get more items.
