We brought Frida for a groom on Tuesday. The shop was secure and the staff were great with her, especially after hearing it was her first groom. We came back early while she was still being groomed and she was content and behaving perfectly. I would definitely recommend Diamond Dogs and we will be bringing Frida back for her next groom.

My dog came back scared and shaking a bit. I don’t know what they did but the lady told us he was a handful and barked a lot but you would except such a high rated place to have patience for dogs like that. He came back so quiet and scared he just slept through the day which was unusual as he is usually a dog full of joy and energy he loves to meet people and is very affectionate and friendly towards them
The staff are all lovely and helpful they took great care of my 9 month old puppy and were very careful as he has an ear infection it was my first time there and I will be returning
If I could give anything less I would... We are disgusted at how our dog was handed back to us, I strongly recommend against using this dog groomer especially as they don't seem to have individual dogs in pens and dogs are left to wander around the shop as other dogs get clipped or groomed, with one dog nearly escaping as I left our dog off! Our dog has come back completely "skinned" no fur on their legs which are pink from how little fur was left, and their tail was complete shaved even though the fur on their tail was short enough to begin with, We are beside ourselves horrified at what has happened to our dog. If you Love your pet, DO NOT GO HERE! (Pictures) Before she was a very furry miniature schnauzer. After she has been completely shaved down so much so you can see the pink in her chest and the classic beard has been completely removed and left jagged and visible razor marks in what is left of her coat you can also see how the tail was completely shaven.
If you are thinking of using this grooming parlour I would suggest you rethink. Driving along Woodstock road and the staff are out on road trying to get an escaped dog (from their shop) of the road. The whole road had to close down to allow the staff to get this wee white dog safely back to their shop. Luckily the dog was safely caught eventually but I know I wouldn’t leave my fur baby in here.
They are brilliant with my wee Molly who is always smiling when I collect her. She sashays out of there smelling lovely and clean & I love the little bandana she got the last time. Thanks Tracey & Co.
