Went into the store today and was served by Elaine, both me and my wife have always found her to be extremely friendly and very helpful, and has plenty of good advice on the different products we have used this store for a number of years and will continue using it
Overall, it is a great place, I love going here, especially during Christmas time, as I always get gifts for my siblings in here. The prices for certain products can be a little steep, but ok, for the most part. However, the prescription part of the place can be appalling. I had to go here late at night because I needed a prescription from the emergency doctor. It was one piece of simple medication, there was barely customers in the place at that time. I was left standing there in excruciating pain for nearly 20 minutes.
The pharmacy department is a failure. One prescription drug is missing on Saturday. I call on Monday and no one answers. I'm going and asking. There is no medicine. I'm calling on Tuesday. Store don’t let you know when prescription is ready, they also don’t answer their phones when ringing multiple times. Some people need their scripts and have jobs and cannot afford to make a wasted journey. Do better.
I had a question for the pharmacist. She was expedient and very helpful giving very useful advice. This shop is always busy but the staff are great.
Was i the belfast branch to buy one product was greated by a staff member Omar i think his name was. I found him a bit over powering. He was slso trying to assist about 3 customers all at once. It took about 2o minutes to get my change as there was no notes in the drawer . He tried to promote an item for my hands which i didn't want. Also didnt get my receipt.
Nice store, good for all your normal chemist stuff. As for prescriptions they take far too long to get ready, it can take up to two hour for one item to be ready, the staff are friendly and the stuff are decently priced. Could do with a bit more stock apart from the it’s a decent we store/pharmacy. Always busy.
