   Utterly disappointed. Ordered plants and paid the extortionate price to have them delivered on a time specific basis. Parcels did not arrive. No contact was made by the company. They are shown as 24/7 open. I got no responses to my emails or to my phone calls or to my messages on their social media pages. Very disappointed and will be contacting them for a refund. That's if they bother replying to me! A birthday ruined because of their incompetence. What makes it worse is whilst im trying to contact them they were actively posting on social media. So felt like I was being ignored after spending £200

   I had a good online shopping experience; easy navigation, clear images, a helpful pot simulation feature, and product reviews, all of which played a role in my decision to buy from here. I ordered a ZZ plant, an add-on pot, and a money tree with a pot. The ZZ plant arrived in great condition - lush, green, and the height I ordered. The Teal Elho Vibes pot was also quality. The money tree, however, had a few bent shoots and leaves, likely from movement during delivery. I had to give it a small trim, but given that it’s a more delicate plant, I understand these things can happen. Overall, a positive experience, and I’d order from here again.

   I ordered three plants and paid fast delivery, expecting them to arrive on the estimated date of Saturday, February 15th. However, they did not arrive until the evening of February 17th. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the plants were dead, and one of the pots was broken. I tried to contact the company by email and through customer service and got no response.

   Commercial orders for rented office spaces. 1st order of 10 plants - super impressed with communication, delivery time and plant quality. But it seems that customer service, quality control and everything else disappeared out the window when placing a second “top up” order. No customer service from business. Damaged, ripped, bug ridden plants delivered. 1 plant short, 1 broken pot. I am still waiting for a partial refund for the plant, and a full refund for a broken pot (from July- we’re now in September). I’d requested a replacement which was never sent. I haven’t received any correspondence since 3 months ago even though I’m sending weekly emails Wish I’d have just stuck with my original suppliers, I’ve had to replace 3 plants from the second orders due to PESTS! Overall given 2*s 5* for the first order, 2* for the second. But since I’m chasing and chasing with no luck, I won’t be using again unless something drastically changes

   Got some plants for the office. All very well packed. Bought a range of larger plants for communal areas and smaller ones for the desk (pictured). Plants look really healthy, very impressed with the quality. Ordered Thursday, arrived on Monday. Great service for a reasonable price.

   I have had two beautiful houseplants from Beards & Daisies now. The polka dot begonia I bought for myself was larger than expected (the online measurements are spot on) but so abundant and healthy. I LOVE it! I went on to buy a prayer plant for someone as a get well gift and they love theirs too. They come beautifully packaged, not a crumb of dirt anywhere but in the pot! Will definitely be ordering. When buying as a gift (or for yourself) I also found their care guide 'Could be a diva' 'Easy going' or 'Unkillable' very helpful too! Also very reasonable and I think good value for money. Highly recommend. Thanks :)

   New to Beards & Daisies. Recently ordered 2 houseplants with pots. Plants arrived well packaged and protected and in great condition. Both plants came with accompanying information cards on how to care for your plant. A week on and both plants are thriving. I will definitely be placing further orders as they look great around the house.

   Used Beards and Daisies for the first time and I'm very impressed. I've used a few online plant suppliers in the past and it's not worked out so well. The plants are all very carefully boxes up and were all in great condition. Had to contact customer services and they were very prompt and lovely. Will be ordering again soon.

   I first used Beards and Daisies at the start of lockdown and have since bought many more (indoor and outdoor) plants from them. Gorgeous plants and pots at a great price every time. On the one occasion, a plant was slightly damaged during delivery, they quickly got back to me and sent out a replacement the next day. Excellent customer service like that ensures a repeat customer who's running out of room for all her lovely plants.
