A fairly simplistic smallish pond with fountains that probably looks better when illuminated at night. Situated in the long avenue of Armada Way between Princess Street and Notre Street.

The brick/stone built structure is located in the heart of Plymouth between Princess Street and Armada Way. It was built in 1990 to commemorate the twinning of the Cities of Plymouth and Donastia-San Sebastian in Spain. Not the most eye catching of attractions, we almost walked straight by it. Did not help that the fountains not working (perhaps COVID 19 restrictions)but there were bits of rubbish floating in the water in the base of the fountain.
