   I visited the store for the first time yesterday, as I had a bra fitting booked. The welcome was great, they knew exactly why I was there, I sadly can't remember the lady's name, but her service was fantastic. She measured me, explained everything to me and found me suitable fitting bras, one of which I've put on today and it is so comfy. Her knowledge was exceptionally and she was just a really lovely person, who made me feel important as a customer and not giving me a sales pitch as some people do. I will definitely visit the store again.

   I have been waiting for a delivery since the 3rd of January. Despite calling Jo Jo 4 times (not including the times I was cut off) and them promising to email updates ..... I have heard nothing. I have asked to cancel the order and they are saying they cannot as in transit. Absolutely shocking customer service!!!!

   Amazing experience. Me and my mum went here as it seems to be the only real maternity shop in Exeter. The ladies there were so incredible and helpful! As a FTM I have no idea what is good or not as maternity wear, but them along with my mum were so brilliant. They were so welcoming, gave me a drink, and amazing customer service whilst in the fitting room. Looking forward to taking in my baby girl to meet them when she is here ❤❤❤

   I walked in to hear the three staff tearing apart some poor man who’d had the misfortune of shopping in the store before me because he wasn’t sure of the sizes he needed. I was then served by an older dark haired lady who was abrupt to the point of rudeness. When she demanded my receipt without so much as a please I said “oh dear, you’re obviously having a bad day”. She didn’t take that too well so I explained she was being rude and her response “I’m being just fine”. I hear the company is dreadful to work for so perhaps I should have given her a break, but no one goes in there to buy very expensive baby clothes to be treated with contempt at the till.

   I think the lady’s that work in this store need to go on a course of how you treat your customers because these lady’s are not welcoming, rude & unfriendly. Such a shame because the clothes are lovely but the staff are not.

   Picked up my new rain cover as mine is in Brixham. The lady that I spoke to was happy to keep one behind for me as it was the only one left. The customer service here is amazing and the lovely ladies are always happy to help. Purchased my new rain cover with no issues and left the shop as happy as ever (it was an emergency as the weather has been awful ). The customer service honestly is amazing here and I felt at ease the minute I walked in. If you are ever struggling to find some thing the ladies here are always happy to help. I am so happy that I found this little shop as now ill be shopping here in future for my little girl and I will definitely be recommending to family and friends. Please if you are looking for any cute little clothes for your baby girl or boy or have an emergency like I have today visit this shop, you will not be disappointed I can not say enough at how cute and lovely this shop is. Thankyou so much for helping me today and keep up the amazing work!x
