   The other day we tried to pick up shoes for our nine year old son and 10 minutes after our allotted pickup time they said it would be a few more hours so we gave up. Then we looked for a muslin towel and they were not found anywhere in the baby isle. Today we tried to pick up those shoes and it took ten minutes to get to us. Also inconsistent amount of digits on the pickup code. So while it’s up to you, I wouldn’t return unless I had to.

   Great experience! Never been in a next before but got told they did some good shirts and shoes. They were right, Ian helped me find the perfect shoes and explained the different materials in some shirts I liked. Very impressed and very a great price too.

   This is a store I used to trust and a brand I usually wait to shop at for all year round. Having not been back in the uk for 3 years I was excited to shop here once more. Went a little mad in the sale last week to my surprise a pair of shorts I bought out the sale were a little snug. When I went to return them for a refund I was meant with a untrained member of staff and a manager who came over to belittle me and make me the customer feel small. 'Obviously you know paying part gift and cash means you have to have the refund for them on a gift card.' Bo debate or discussion. I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after this interaction along with unwelcoming staff and not nice interaction when I came to spend the refunded amount in the gift card. Really disappointed

   Popped in on a sale day .. and Next do an excellent sale with most sale items being half price or less. Lots of stock marked down including home wares and we have got some great bargains in the past including 2 settees at 70% off. Always worth checking online too as they have lots of brands available. I have spotted Fat Face items cheaper in Next online sale than in the Fat Face sale.

   Mamas and papas are giving out innacurate and unsafe car advise and have one incredibly rude member of staff. If you want to keep your child safe in the car please avoid this store.

   I had a great shopping experience today. I hadn't been to the store since the lock down. The staff were welcoming, professional and friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble. Everyone was wearing protective PPE, everything looked clean and tidy, and organised. Simply great. I always enjoy going to this store, whether for shopping or just browsing. Great staff and lovely atmosphere.
