The store is always clean and tidy, staff always really friendly and helpful clothes washes really well too highly recommend
I was in Next on Tuesday 20th August in Exeter looking for some trousers. A wonderful young assistant, Rosie helped me immensely. She got my trousers from store, and suggested a blouse to match. Both fitted perfectly and I purchased them. I also want to compliment the whole store it is so much bigger than my local store, Which is in Bluewater Kent. Your store is a credit to Next.
My little brother got shouted at because he was in the shop one min late and he got shouted at by a staff member simply we didn’t know that the store closed at 4:30 and he got shoved into my mum a lot for customer service jeez surely it’s not that much to ask. I know that he shouldn’t have been the but it’s utterly ridiculous how you can let a little 7 year old cry.
Ordering online and picking up in store meant to be quick.. DEFINITELY IS NOT! 1 person on the tills and covering 'pick up station'?! Yet another service tried to cut back on made easier.. but just worse and waiting longer!
It's a Next. What more is there to say. Good service and a large amount of selection on the shop floor. Will be back
Good store with quality clothes and homewares. They have a massive selection of brands online so if you like a specific brand, always check Next online during sale time as you may find your item cheaper there (I have with FatFace items). Next also have a couple sales a year with great reductions.
Large fashionable store for everyone... lovely choice...you could spend a long time in here just browsing. Medium priced store enables you to pick up something special.
The lady cleaner, the blonde one, seems to be by herself most of the time but does an amazing job with what she has. When I go in the store I see her sometimes finishing up and looks tired. They must be making her work extra hard and deserves all the praise in the world. #keepitupgirl!
Went to buy a suit for my son and the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. They helped get good measurements and made recommendations which worked out to be perfect. We had to order a jacket size that they did not have in store and it came in to the store the next day!! Super impressed and I really appreciate the great service from the chaps in the men's clothes department.
