In love with my bear, fast delivery and amazing communication. I had asked for Dad to be incorporated onto the bear and it turned out perfect. Highly recommend infinity keepsakes as they keep you updated on when they start working on the bear and when it has been dispatched, packaged so beautiful and with such care. Sadly my father passed last year and the anniversary is coming up and I am so glad to have my bear for the anniversary as it means so much to me being made out of a top I got my dad for father's day.
I had an Infinity Keepsake bear made in memory of my baby daughter and I am so completely blown away by the final result. The bear is absolutely stunning and so beautifully crafted. The way my little girl's outfit has been incorporated as well just makes it so incredibly special and sentimental. The bear was expertly made to match her birth weight too, bringing so much comfort on the days my arms feel particularly empty. I can't thank Vicky and her team enough. The communication throughout was seamless, and Vicky was so quick to respond to any questions I had. I'll be forever grateful for such a one of a kind keepsake that will be treasured for a lifetime.
Wow! what can I say....... I ordered 8 keepsake bears for family members to remember 2 of our loved ones who have died recently and was completely overwhelmed by the outstanding quality and craftsmanship when they arrived. I've never actually visited, but saw an advert on Instagram for the weighted keepsake bears. I just received it today and it is incredible! The craftsmanship is excellent, the way the patterns were put in places that showed them off, (like a particular applique on the bears paw so you could see it) and the fact that the hat i sent was returned complete, but as an accessory for the bear is so cute, and it came in a bag that the bear is now using as a nap sack is so cute! I would 100% recommend! Also, customer service was on point when I got in touch, and the turn around time was INCREDIBLE!
