Rang the store to ask for turnip and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful...he was shouting at another colleague that he couldn't understand me even though I spelt it out for him and repeated it 5 times he then dropped the phone on me...so I rang back and a man who spoke better English answered saying that they don't sell turnip...when I told him about the other man being rude and that he needed to work on his customer services (as a manager for 8years in retail) I know this is not acceptable behaviour from him he just brushed it off dropped the phone ...will be going the smaller coop on Beaumont Rd instead atleast they are nice and respectful

Some staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. The woman that served me today was the total opposite, not friendly or polite. She is the same every time she serves me, no please or thank you. It seems a chore that she has to serve people at all!! A please and thank you go a long way, manners don't cost anything. Maybe you're in the wrong job.

Nice person, but unfortunately I clicked the wrong smiley which cost me 3 years of culpability when i remembered that he just wicked me a merry Christmas. Ps: It’s my mum and I apologize for her

Very convenient but quite expensive compared to Aldi. If there's Aldi closer, I will choose Aldi. But the staffs are the best. They are very friendly.

The greatest shop I've been to and I've been alot of times. Not always cheap, but great deals and the easiest to shop with great staff always thinking of the customer.

I’m writing this off the back of witnessing staff being on the receiving end off an unnecessary altercation from a customer. Working in retail, I know that dealing with the public every day can be a challenge, especially when serving customers, who honestly can only be described as rude people! I wanted to share my appreciation for the hard working staff here. I shop at this store almost everyday and have always had a positive experience. The staff are friendly and always serve with a smile on their face and I’ve seen on many occasions staff going the extra mile to help their customers. I shop here knowing full well that it’s not the cheapest place, but that doesn’t matter when you receive excellent service. You all do an amazing job. I hope this is relayed to all staff and especially those who who unfortunately had to deal with the confrontation tonight (I believe it was Dillon and Danielle) who handled the situation very well, still attending to customers between.

5* if they got their opening times correct, but I've scored 3*, because unannounced, on Thursday 17th June, it only opened at 0830am. Had to make 2 trips.

Aside from the extortionate prices Co-op offer on some of their products, staff are great, and it's your standard convenience store, opening hours are very useful. Been saved a lot of times when I've ran out of bread or milk etc.
