   Dougie and team are excellent. I had to travel 70 miles to get windscreen sorted. They allowed me to organise it on a day that one of the children had an appointment in Belfast. Dougie dropped us off at our appointment while they worked on the windscreen. Really appreciated assistance. First class team.

   I had a bad experience manager was unhelpful from the start.He insisted on me driving the car to his work even though I didn't have back windscreen.I asked him why he couldn't fix it at my door as they have many mobile units and replied your window is a factory order and it was to risky to transport incase it got broke.I found this odd because I've had windscreen replaced before by autoglass and they did it at front door.I just want to say thanks for leaving broken glass for me to clean even though yous got paid to remove it
