1st class service, I had a smell of gas coming from my boiler, panicked a bit, rang the lad up, he came around within an hour, explained to me the problem, he said he'd need to get a part, which would take an hour, turned off the gas, left, and about 30 minutes later, he was back, and it was sorted, gas back on, and a very reasonable price, thank you
Very sceptical about having our boiler serviced as there is always a catch ! Well what a very professional experience this was , a true gentleman, explained everything to us and made a few adjustments for us. Made a booking for some new work , over the moon to find a professional that we can trust
Made an appointment to have my boiler serviced and the arrangement was that they would be with me between 09:00 and 12:00 o’clock Monday morning. I took time off to accommodate this and waited. Just before 12:00 an engineer arrived to say they couldn’t do it (due to some bit of equipment being calibrated). He claimed to have to tried to call me but I had no missed calls and he decided not to leave a voice message. Seemed to think that I should be happy enough to just make another appointment for Wednesday and take more time out to suit them.He was surprised that I was not very happy with this!
Belfast Gas visited our house today to solve a persistent and problematic issue with our boiler. Ronnie and team provided a professional and efficient service. They had our boiler up and running in no time. We had no heat for two weeks prior to their visit and thankfully, our radiators are warm again. Very grateful for the work they carried out. In comparison to the previous company who came to look at our boiler, they were outstanding. They debunked myths about our issues and advised on the necessary steps moving forward. I was very impressed with how personable the team were and will be using them again in future. Also, their service is very affordable. First class company, employees and would highly recommend to anyone needing their boiler issues rectified. Cheers lads.
I rang Belfast Gas after my previous (ancient) boiler had finally given up. They were able to explain advantages and disadvantages of the options available to me, when I decided on replacement, it was installed on the arranged date professionally and efficiently with no disruption to me working from home the same day. The lads were great to deal with and answered any questions I had for them. Impressive workmanship, personable staff, would highly recommend.
Ronnie and Lenny did an excellent job replacing my heating system and were able to start work very quickly. They explained what they were going to do and followed up with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend
Booked an appointment for a service. ( previous company never turned up) Belfast gas were superb. Contacted me on the day giving exact time. Really friendly. Great job and very professional and also explained a few things about my boiler. Got some tips on usage etc. Defo use them again and nice to see a company with great standards.
Brilliant, friendly service from the engineers - would definitely recommend and I will definitely use them again. Ronnie and the other engineer (sorry, didn't get his name) took time to answer all my questions - both so helpful. Paula, who set up my appointment, even emailed me on a Sunday to respond to my queries. A great team who provided a great service.
