Brought in 2 rings to have some work done at Abbeycentre Branch … greeted by Zara and Hannah who were both very friendly and chatty, they carried out all the checks on the rings and went through the forms to be completed before the rings could be sent off. A really nice shopping experience! Thanks.
Lisa Burrows has provided me with the best customer service I have ever received. I myself, who works in customer service and always have, pride myself in going the extra mile for a customer but Lisa has set a whole new expectation that I never could have imagined. She is an absolute credit to Ernest Jones. I can’t thank her enough for all she has done.
Called into Abbeycentre branch of Ernest Jones this morning and it was a joy to be treated superbly by the staff, I had an issue with a watch i bought online and needed to go to the shop to sort it out, I was served by “ Lisa “ the manager I believe and she was great , no issues great conversation ,advice and best of all integrity, bravo and thanks for the service.
Called at Ernest Jones Abbey Centre yesterday 21st September 2021. I was served by Mandy. I have been in a number of times over the years and on most occasions I was fortunate enough again to have been served by Mandy. She is always so helpful and this time was no different. I had 4 things I needed help with from getting my wedding ring resized, a new battery for my and my wife's watch and advice about my Smart Watch. She just quietly but efficiently dealt with my issues explaining everything. Well mannered and pleasant as always. If every shop or establishment had a Mandy working in them then it would be a pleasure to shop in them. From Sylvia and myself, Ronnie, thank you.
Brilliant jewellers! Got my stunning engagement ring there. When a claw broke off it was fixed and polished I had it back in 3 days. Lovley staff! Lydia was was lovley and brilliant! Recommend :)
