   Excellent service from staff member Shannan. Friendly, knowledgeable & very child friendly. Our daughter got her ears pierced by Shannan today. She put her at ease from the very beginning; chatted away to her & helped us pick suitable earrings. Would highly recommend Shannon at H Samuel's at Abbeycentre for ear piercing. Very reasonable too... much more so than other shops in the same centre. Thank you!

   Had s problem with an online order so decided to visit store in Abbeycentre. To be honest I'm not the best at all this shopping lark but the two ladies eho helped me today were amazing.    My daughter and myself had our ears pierced by Shannon on Saturday 22nd November in Abbeycentre store, I honestly can not thank Shannon enough for such an amazing experience, my daughter is 5 years old, Shannon made us feel so comfortable, showed us all the different earrings, my 5 year old niece was with us too and Shannon was absolutely amazing with both of the girls during our time at H Samuel. Shannon Talked us through everything and even give my little niece a sticker and a certificate at the end aswell. What a lovely lady. I will definitely be returning to Abbeycentre H Samuel, the staff are absolutely wonderful. There was also another young man Karl working today and he was very very helpful.

   I got my ears pierced on wed, with Alex. I have to say she was fantastic, I've had them pierced twice before, but I never felt a thing with Alex doing them. Also she has a lovely personality and so friendly and very professional. I intend to go back again and get another piercing at Xmas xx

   Called in today to HSamuels in Abbeycentre, based in Newtownabbey to exchange an item I had purchased online, as it was over the 30 day exchange period I wasn’t holding out much hope but the ladies in this branch were amazing and very helpful and although they didn’t have the item I needed in stock today they went out of their way to have it rushed in for me to pick up early next week. 5***** service
