Paul, the owner fitted 2 watch batteries quickly. I then bought a necklace and 2 pendents which he was able to engrave for the next day. Helpful, friendly and will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Nothing is too much trouble, and no job is too small for their full attention. A family-run business which caters for a wide spectrum of needs. You only need to stand for 5 minutes and listen to the care and attention which they give their customers, to be convinced that this unpretentious place is the real deal.
Called in today to ask about clasps for my bracelet, was attended by a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman, clasps were sorted while I waited, also gave me advice regarding a ring which needed stones replaced. Would definitely recommend.

Went to Warren James to get a watch battery. They don't deal with watches! Looked for the next closest jewellers and this little gem was next. Replaced the battery and made adjustments to the strap for a very reasonable £3.50. Very pleasant Scottish lady and the shop was packed with lots of lovely watches, jewelry and curios. Well worth a look even if it is tiny.
