   If I could give this store more stars I would. I can't thank Sharon enough for the help she give me with a delivery. 100% will be back in the belfast store again. Gareth the help he give us black Friday in the store was 10 /10 the customer experience was excellent. Both him and Sharon went above there means to help us out and I can't thank you both enough.

   Went down with my husband to replace stolen wedding and engagement ring. Sharon was dealing with us and I can't thank her enough for the amazing service she provided us with I was unsure of the engagement ring I wanted as I had the original from and different jewellerys which I can now say h.smauel will be the only jeweller we use from know on. We tried lots of different ones on and finally picked the perfect one. Replaced both of my rings today and Sharon just made the whole experience worth it as having my rings stole it was such an awful feeling but me and my husband were both feeling so much more positive about it all. So lovely and very attentive

   Had a really fantastic experience earlier today, we were served by Sharon. After having a bad experience with the original engagement ring from a different jewelers. Sharon really looked after us and took the time to listen to the style and shape we needed. Came away from the store not only with the perfect rings but also a bottle of champagne and some complimentary gifts. Thank you Sharon for such a great customer service

   Went here over the weekend to buy my wedding ring and served by Sharon, she was amazing, so helpful and friendly. Not realising it was the stores opening weekend event, I left with my wedding ring at a reduced price and a free necklace as my purchase was over a certain amount. I've been served by Sharon a couple times and her service has been exceptional

   With regards to our experience with H Samuel Castlecourt Belfast. We had A* customer service from start to finish! A few weeks ago we visited the Castlecourt shop looking to purchase a watch. The shop assistant Carly (Carla?) was very helpful and patient as we deliberated between styles etc. We decided to go for coffee and research a couple of models a bit more. When we returned the manager Sharon and Cary were nothing but helpful. Due to our own error when we got the watch home we realised it wasn't quite the right one. On ringing the shop we were greeted by a different Sharon and were given 1st class service and advice. We arranged to return the watch and exchange it for another style. The day we returned the watch we were served by Gareth C who could not have been more helpful and had the watch etc that we wanted ready and waiting for us. Nothing was a trouble and we got the best service from start to finish! If you are wanting to visit a shop where they will give you their 100% attention then this is it!! We have already been back to buy a watch for our daughter and if they have the product we will definitely be going here!!

   Please note this review is regarding an online order. Ordered a watch for a Christmas gift, received a tracking text from the courier a few days later saying my watch was out for delivery. Followed the tracking all day, yet parcel never arrived or came anywhere near my house. Courier website said my parcel was returned to base in Belfast. This happened for 3 days in a row! Finally contacted webchat on H. Samuel website. Was finally informed that the courier they used did not deliver to Northern Ireland. I asked them to cancel the order and send me refund. While waiting for this I once more got a text saying my parcel was out for delivery! Still did not come to me, parcel returned to Belfast. Totally disgusted by the courier service, not H. Samuel fault. But maybe they need to address this issue for online orders to Northern Ireland. I never got my watch. Did eventually receive refund. Courier was Dx.
