   Absolutely fantastic service. Grace helped me pick an eternity ring that my husband is buying me for Christmas. As my ring as a curve in it it needed something special. We found the perfect one. Grace was absolutely brilliant. Her knowledge was impressive and she explained the process. The other staff where lovely. Im so excited to get my new ring! A great shopping experience. Some beautiful pieces of jewellery. I'll be back in February for my 50th birthday present!

   We met the lovely Stephanie at a wedding show during the summer, and I am so thankful that we did! We made an appointment to look at wedding rings and had a very particular style in mind. Had a few very tasty glasses of bubbles while chatting about all our wedding plans, picked a stunning ring and got it ordered. Stephanie kept me updated all the way through the process and we called into see her today to pick it up when it arrived. We were blown away by the ring, got it in a beautiful box with a little gift alongside it. Would highly recommend Stephanie and Diamonds Factory, and will be back in the near future for more goodies :)

   The whole process went smoothly and when I received the email to say my necklace was ready I was able to collect the following day. Stephanie greeted me at the door and escorted me to their office to hand me my jewellery and explain itts specifications, warranty, warranty ns options, etc… Overall I cannot rate DF highly enough from the competitive prices to the efficient ordering process and would definitely be encouraged to buy from them again.

   Myself and my partner decided to book an appointment at Belfast to really get an idea of the style of ring I would like for our engagement. We met with the lovely Stephanie for a 1-1 appointment. On arrival she had laid out a unique selection of rings that met the brief I gave on the booking form. She also laid out rings that were of a similar style, yet were slightly more unique. Thankfully she did- as I went in with a set style in mind, however left falling in love with a ring that was 100% more my style! Stephanie was amazing, and knew everything about diamonds. She gave advice on everything! We didn’t feel pressured at all, and because of this, my partner felt very comfortable buying my dream ring via Stephanie on the day. We will certainly be back to decide on our wedding bands in the future. I would highly recommend booking a free appointment for an intimate and bespoke experience with Stephanie- thank you!
