Bought my wife's engagement ring here and she's made subsequent purchases, top,top quality products, great service. Would recommend in a heart beat. All the staff are excellent, however we dealt with Leslie who put us at ease and helped us buy the jewellery we wanted
Recently bought and engagement ring here with my partner and from the minute we walked through the door the staff where top quality. In particular Hollie who made us feel comfortable & relaxed, gave us plenty of options and just made the whole process enjoyable, I could not recommend her & FJM high enough
I bought a necklace for my mum’s 60th birthday here. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They spent time getting to know what I’d in mind and what kinds of jewellery my mum likes before we started looking at their suggestions. I got a top quality present for her that she was overjoyed with. I’d recommend them if you’re looking for a present for a special or specific occasion.

My wife was looking to purchase a new ring. We visited Fred J Malcolm first to get an idea of price, ring shape, size and quality. The member of staff who served us was called Hollie. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional placing us at ease. There was no pressure selling and Hollie went out of her way to show us an assortment of rings. We interacted with 2 other members of staff who were genuinely friendly and made our visit to the establishment a pleasant one. We left the shop to visit 3 other high end jewellers,none of which offered us the same service of interaction as we had experienced in F J Malcolm, except for a part of a jewellers which sold a specific make of watch. We returned to FJ Malcolm to purchase the ring based mostly but not solely on our interaction with Hollie and the other members staff who made us feel most welcome. We would highly recommend this jewellers.
