   Recent visit was horrible. Left ring in to clean and the ring had some damage over time. The jeweller basically was so rude about it said I must work on a building site!! I was so upset they way he spoke to me made be feel so little. I just wanted out so I said I would take the rings with me. And he said are you not going to fix them obv not there!! He then would not give me the rings he threw them on the counter and said one of the girls with give them to you. It was just awful. I certainly would never step foot in the shop again. The rings are my property not theirs and you would have thought I had came in and damaged items in their shop. It was upsetting to hear I had some damage to my rings but he made sure to make me feel alot worse. Took them to another jewellers and they were so nice. Dealt with it so professionally and with care. Could not believe how I was treated at this shop. I would rate this shop no stars but that option was not there.

   Telephoned the store today and ‘Mark’ rudely ended the call, so I telephoned back and said that it is normal to end a telephone call with ‘goodbye’, to which he said “Some people do, I don’t” and hung up - lovely

   Was in today with a problem with a ring that has been causing problems for 3 years. Ring out of warranty I know these thing can happen. Staff sorted it all out. Staff were amazing and very helpful I didn't get any names. Have bought all my important jewellery from reas for over 30 years and always will. Thank you so much

   Got my engagement ring back on Tuesday after leaving it in this place in September two small claws replaced £150 its not just about the price for repair but about the service which was awful infact the worse I have ever came across from keeping you informed and misplacing information so if you need a repair done don't go near them just some friendly advice x

   I'm a bit disappointed. My husband spent a lot of money on a platinum eternity ring and when I went back for resizing and an extra £80 for repolishing my wedding and engagement ring, I was quite shocked. My wedding and engagement ring came from the same jewellers. The young lady who served me had no idea on what she was doing. Deeply disappointed!!

   Both shops should be closed down!!!! Been using the shop just short of 15 years Good at ripping the money out of your hand and selling over priced goods…. As the main jeweller in Belfast I would say they are a mockery…. Gold is OVER priced!!! Jeweller is sold at resale price (double the price) Your customer service is terrible Won’t be back

   Brought back a pair of earrings I'd received as a gift which broke. The only solution offered was to buy something else and they would give a discount. No apology or reason why this earring broke, they didn't seem surprised to be honest. Save your money and go elsewhere.
