I was in Argento Forestside with my Mum on new years eve and we were served by a fabulous staff member called Alex! She was so lovely and couldn't have been more helpful! Her customer service was first class! Both myself and my Mum were delighted with our purchases and we will definitely be back to shop again!! :)
Was in the week starting the 16th Dec to see about getting my daughters ears pierced. Member of staff explained the procedure which was great. My daughter got abit nervous so we said we would call back maby next week to let her think on it. Was told by the member of staff that's no issue just call back in and we will sort you out. (Note - we were not told that we had to book an appointment not once.) We tried phoning on Sunday no answer obviously they must have been busy. Came back today Mon 23rd had 2 customers one leaving and the other being sorted 3 members of staff on floor 2 free doing absolutely nothing just standing on shop floor. Asked to get my daughters ears pierced. Staff member (Dark hair) said "we can only do bookings now" asked when was this done as we were in the week before and told just to come in. Apparently from today as they are super busy. They were not busy they had more than enough time and staff to sort my daughter. Told her we phoned and couldn't get an answer - So how do we book. She said in store. I asked why can you not do it now as there are 2 of you free. Again told they are very busy which is a lie. Clearly they need New staff as they are incapable of doing the work. Absolutely ruined my daughters Christmas as she was so excited to get this done. Will not shop here again. Complete joke
Came here today to purchase a necklace for a leaving present. The store has a large variety of jewellery and was modern and well lit inside. Both members of staff were dealing with customers when I arrived. One of the members of staff helped me find what I was looking for as soon as she was available. She asked questions about the occasion and took a genuine interest in my job and the reason I was buying the gift. I was really impressed with the service and I would definitely recommend this store.
Terrible experience, I went in twice today 10/12/21 to buy a gift for my wife. First time insomme young lady a member of staff told to get into the queue. I didn't mind that however her attitude left a lot to be desired. I left the shop, simply because there was a queue. Second time I returned the same assistant, told me in a derogatory manner to stand in the queue, so she would know who was next. I wish this shop would be a little more specific as to where the queue started and ended. There was one sign up stating queue here. I was disgusted at this young girls attitude, I managed to keep my cool, she was very lucky I did. Her attitude towards customers is disgusting. I was willing to purchase a gift for my wife, however rather than listen to a young girl younger than my daughter speak to me in a derogatory manner I lft disgusted. I shall not be back in this shop. Very impressed by after sales service here. I took earrings hoping for repair. They had been a Christmas present & I didn't have a receipt but the assistant manageress offered me a replacement. I hadn't expected that. Stock nice too at a variety of prices.
Came here as better stock levels than other stores. Very nice people and I got a reasonable deal.
