I highly recommend Andrew Mansfield in this store. He has a fantastic knowledge of watches and jewellery and approaches every customer interaction with a disarming charm. He is not at all pushy and explains things clearly, which is helpful when, if like me, you really have no knowledge of these things!
I was leaving in a Tissot watch that I purchased in July 23 for repair after I dropped it. I found the young man who served me very welcoming, helpful and at the same time professional.
Friendly and professional staff. Had a repaired watch to collect, turned up and the computer said 'no' (IT issue), their system would not allow the watch to be handed over. They could not have been more apologetic and were able to offer a bit of compensation for the trouble. I collected the watch the next week or so, when I had some free time. The watch repair was perfect and the watch had been fully polished, with many of the small wear and tear scratches completely removed. Also, the repair was carried out under their in-house insurance offered when Initially bought the watch. It took one email and a phonecall to sort the repair via the insurance. 5 stars, as I was able to experience how this business reacts when not all goes to plan, handled well IMO

Absolute con , I went to get a battery changed in Forestside and the man said my watch was to new and they could not change it and they would need to send it away at a cost of £45 , on the way out the door I heard the other salesman tell an old lady they needed to send her watch away as it was to old !! …. Took a month to get the watch back , recently I got a notification on my phone as watch is synced to it that my battery was low , I clicked on the notification and the app showed me the type of battery to order and a two minute video of how to change it !!! … I bought and changed it myself at because the manufacturer said I could , absolute conmen !!!!!!
We had a great experience here, my partner picked a TAG and got great advice from Jim who works here. We also bought both our wedding bands here at the same time as they had a great selection. We had looked at a variety in jewellers across Belfast and found the service and selection made us pick here!
