   Only giving an extra star because every other time I’ve been, I have had a pleasant experience. I will preface by saying I came in on Christmas Eve, and I understand this is a stressful time of year for retail workers so maybe this particular lady is not normally this unhelpful but she was on this occasion. I didn’t catch her name. I waited in line for about 10 minutes as I was looking for a last minute gift, for a family friend who just lost their mum. I wanted to get them a “mom” necklace. I was greeted by a lady with black hair, and said I’d like to see the “mom” charms. She wouldn’t pull out the tray to show me them all, but rather pulled out different options one at a time. I initially assumed this was maybe due to security however there was a sales tray right in front of me with about £300 of product sat for anyone to grab, so I am not sure why she wouldn’t take out the tray. I explained the loss and she didn’t even offer condolences or show any kind of empathy. Her response was “right ok” and looked at me like I had 7 heads. She showed me a few charms with angel wings, but none were really for a necklace. I said I wanted a dangle charm to go on a necklace, and was met with the same puzzled look by her. I asked her for a product catalogue to look at all the charms, seeing as she wouldn’t take the tray out and I felt it rude to ask her too, but she said she didn’t have one. So I then thought I’d maybe get a bracelet seeing as the necklace was a big ask. I asked if I could see some different styles of bracelets and she just told me to walk around and look. She completely lost me at that point and I walked out of that store incredibly disappointed. I used to work for PANDORA and was appalled at her level of customer service. No tray, wouldn’t show me the products, wouldn’t ask me any questions or engage with anything I was saying… she was so dismissive the entire time, it actually made me feel embarrassed for even asking to see more product. She seemed also, to assume I didn’t want to spend much as when I asked about the price of a particular charm, which was £13 she sort of responded in a way that, to me, implied it was the best option as “these ones are more expensive”. Maybe I might not have taken it that way if she was more attentive and present during the transaction but I don’t think I’ll be back to this store again, as I don’t want to have to deal with this woman again. Maybe it was a bad day for her, but I’m not taking my chances!

   I visited the corn market branch recently and was greeted by Piaras who was very welcoming and friendly, I was looking a birthday gift for my mum and he helped me select the perfect charm for her, he was professional and a credit to the store and company. I would visit again to make further purchases at this store. Please send my regards on to Piaras at cornmarket branch Belfast.

   Belfast corn market has so many shops . It’s amazing . I went to Pandora mainly there but there are so many places to choose from . It was my first time in Belfast so we explored all over and did a-lot of shopping . The cafes and eating places are good there are so many to choose from . It’s not that expensive there so you can get everything you need.

   Great shop. Super friendly staff. If my memory serves me right it was Tracy who looked after us. As we didn't have a clue what to buy an 18 year old niece. But Tracy guided in the right direction. Massive choice and reasonably priced.

   It’s the worst Pandora store I have ever visited. The people working there are terribly lazy and unhelpful. They leave you waiting in a long queue and they just do not care how long you can be waiting . When it’s your turn finally ( after so much waiting) they are bored, rude and have no idea about Pandora items they sell. I know more than them regarding the items the sell!! I can’t believe how this store will manage to survive in Belfast with so useless people working there! It’s a pity for this brand !

   It was my fav place to get my jewellers. However, today the mature(!) lady was not really helpful at all. We found her careless and rude. She didn’t tell me in advance that I cannot return the bracelet as I wore them while leaving the shop. (because I thought its not earrings so I could return them as I didn’t like) She even literally let us to cue 20 mins to get the cashier, then said that we cannot do it. It’s such a shame for Pandora Belfast. I wouldn’t go there anymore.
