Got ripped off with a 1.700 msi and only gave me 450.00 not even sorry got it wrong let us offer a bit more money
Sold a msi 4070 to a male assistant he told me it was a 15 inch and only give me £450.00 when in fact it was a stealth 16 and cost £1,700
Was offered a purchase price at beginning of week by the Branch Manager, went in today to sell item to be met with 2 staff who were incredibly aggressive and rude. Was told the price i had been given was wrong and it would have been impossible that i was given that figure ,they were essentially intimating i was a liar. This was the second trip down as the first time they could not take the item as they already had a few they needed to clear. It may well be the manager made a pricing mistake and these things happen but to be called a liar and treated so aggressively is disgusting, if you dont like working in a customer facing environment get a desk job. I run my own business and if i treated my customers this way i would have no business left.
