   Gareth and Matthew did a fantastic job of setting up the table. Every part of it rolls straight, which doesn’t leave room for excuses. The starter pack of two cues, american size pool balls, chalk and triangle got me started roght away. Highly recommended!

   Purchased an outdoor table for our sons for Christmas past. Initially advised could be delivered 23rd Dec, but changed after payment to early December. Initially weather was poor and it was evident the table cover wasn’t up to the job, we also noticed the table was not level. Someone called out and replaced the cover and advised table was level. Cover has been great but the table wasn’t level and it was noticeable that a couple of the pockets were raised. Resulting in a pretty unusable table. We have called numerous times (twice a month) asking that someone come out to look at the table. Each time being advised they needed to send the original fitter or that they would call next time they were in the area. Unfortunately this has never happened. Emailed, as a last resort, to flag concerns on the 13th July and was told they were closed for 2 weeks. We still have no reply. Will make one last call tomorrow and failing that we will have no choice but to take legal advice due to a fairly expensive product simply not being fit for purpose. Very unfortunate it has taken this long as we may have looked at an upgrade to slate bed but confidence in the service is fairly damaged. Table purchased was a Ranger Outdoor Pool Table. Described as Top of the Range, our experience has been far from this.
