   Pierced my Tragus and my industrial here and both times I’ve had issues. They pierced my tragus diagonally, with the back nearly coming out the side of my ear, and told me it was fine. After a week of agony I went to a more trustworthy piercer who told me not only was it pierced completely wrong but was a risk to my body - at best it would scar me if I removed it now, at worst if I left it in it would never heal, it would reject and could split my ear doing so. When I went back to them about it with a complaint all they said was “thanks for the feedback” - not even a sorry, or any offer of help with it. Had my Industrial checked at the same time and was informed that I didn’t really have the best anatomy for it and they shouldn’t have pierced it the way they did, I had to swap the jewellery as it wouldn’t heal otherwise. Beyond this they use dangerous practices such as guns & their jewellery is externally threaded which causes trauma to the piercing site. Wouldn’t recommend especially with how they respond when something goes wrong! I get that this was an apprentice training thing but they still need to oversee this and ensure it’s done safely, or offer some sort of help when the apprentice does it wrong!

   This is the second time I have visited Ouch, last year to have my daith pierced, this has really helped with my migraines. Today I went back to have my flat pierced. I can’t thank the girls enough, the service is amazing, they are very knowledgeable. The shop is inviting and extremely clean. Would highly recommend. Excellent aftercare also.

   Went here today to get my lobes re-pierced and my helix done for the first time - I cannot fault “Ouch” one bit! Staff were friendly and welcoming. The lady who pierced my ears was highly professional and very knowledgeable. The studio was clean and well organised. Would highly recommend coming here!
