   When I arrived I was waiting for the tattoo artist to get in. I had turned up as a walk in. While seated a young girl came in asking about a mouth tattoo. The gentleman behind the counter proceeded to give lots of advice including warning her that the tattoo could rub off in a matter of weeks. He didn’t try to pressure her, didn’t try to rush her, he just advised her to think on it and said we can do it, if you decide to. Right there I knew I had come to a good place. They listen and advise. The shop is clean and has tremendous character. I was going for my first proper tattoo and I am so glad I came here. The tattoo itself was done quickly by Barney, who is a top fella. It looks great! From the gent at the front desk, I didn’t get his name, to Barney and listening to what was going on elsewhere, I realise I lucked out on a GREAT SPOT. If I get anymore tattoos, this is where I am getting them done!

   In the process of having a tattoo removed that I had done at the Family Business at a specialist tattoo removal clinic. The guy who did the tattoo was quite inexperienced and held the skin tight doing a straight line, so when he let go it looks wonky. Also inconsistent thickness in the lines. Looks so bad I decided just to have it removed and cover up when its light enough. Turns out I have scarring from the needle going too deep in places leading to some colour bleed. I called up the Family Business to discuss it but the person who answered the phone was dismissive. It was not a great atmosphere in there and I wouldn’t go back again.

   What to say to describe the amazing experience I had? From Nat at the host to Loti that tattooed me, the experience has been nothing short but amazing! Loti did a massive black piece on me to cover a tattoo that I didn't want anymore and she was so understanding. She took the time to really understand my style and what I was looking for. And now my arm is just BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you to the entire team, but especially to Loti, you are an amazing human being, and a very professional tattoo artist. I can't wait for the next session!

   From Nat at the front desk to Charlie who gave me my first tattoo, it was an incredible experience. I was always dubious about whether colour would show well having darker skin. Charlie was confident and put me at ease. The result speaks for itself. Aftercare advice and support throughout. I couldn't recommend visiting the guys more highly.    I have 60+ tattoos but was really unhappy with 3 of my earliest. I came to see Dale for laser and only have good things to say. He was very professional and knowledgable and has done a great job removing the unwanted tattoos - whilst managing to clean up scarring at the same time. Thanks Dale!

   I didn't plan my visit it was spontaneous, I walked in and was super lucky that one of the artists had a cancellations and took me on the spot. Parlour is very stylish, clean, neat and has great ambiance. My tattoo was done by DILETTA LEMBO, who had very nice calm energy about her and made me feel comfortable. She drew my tattoo based on my request and it was beautiful. You can get inspired while there based on the tattoos artists themselves have - it can help define your own ideas. I most likely will be back next time I'm in London. Tattoo prices start with 80pounds and go up depending on the size and complexity of design. It always feels bad to negotiate with artists as I appreciate their work and talent, but it is worth asking for more reasonable price .
