   I had my left ear re-pierced by Dan. Throughout the process, he was extremely helpful and showed his experience. Dan went out his way several times to re-check the piercing when I was having problems healing it. He changed the piercing for me and cleaned it up. I really appreciate the extra effort and support because it took me such a while to heal the piercing. With his help I was able to finally heal it. The after care was excellent and the product they gave me worked so well. Excellent service and communication. I would recommend them for their expertise and special after care.

   Reallly great experience. They gave great & honest advice and friendly atmosphere. The only reason it's a 4 not 5 star was the amount charged for the aftercare oil. Which is actually tiny. Me & Friend was charged £12 each for the bottle with the oil. When we got home I checked the price of the same product and on Amazon it's £3.29. If I knew it would be that cheap I would have not brought it. I understand the need to make profit but a £8 extra feels extortionate. Regardless great and wonderful service. Will definitely go there again but this time I'll make sure I've order the after care oil so I won't have to buy it there. When we called yesterday we were told if we came today we would get the pieicing for £20. Maybe there was a miscommunication. That's why we assumed the oil was £12. We should have clarified that for sure.
