These guys did an absolutely incredible job on my XL cream long pile rug, it had definitely seen better days and even enjoyed a glass of red wine the weekend before I took it to be cleaned! I was extremely happy with the service that Elite Cleaning guys provided. Both men were very helpful, informative (in a way how they explained what can be done and how), friendly. The carpet/rug I brought to them was very much stained with pet stains and had terrible smell. When I picked up the rug after cleaning was done the rug was unrecognisable: fresh and very nice smell, colours came back bright and rich, stains were removed. Brilliant! Thank you.
Roy and Ryan cleaned my sofa today and they did a fantastic job. They arrived at the time they said they would and were friendly but professional. They worked quickly but were thorough and the sofa has came up amazingly. It looks as good as it did the day it was delivered and it smells amazing too! I would absolutely use these guys again and would have no problems in recommending them to anyone. Five star!
What a lovely Company to work with! Roy himself is a true professional , in how he takes great pride in his job & his personal way of dealing with his customers. Our carpet was returned to us , during a time of unsureness with Covid 19. Not only did Roy return the carpet himself, our carpet is like new again & smelling beautiful!
