Had my ears pierced, second piercing in each ear. Only when I got home I realised the placing didn't match in each ear, then a day later, I experienced really bad pain and had to remove them. Money completely down the drain. I would not recomend
Staff are nice but not very knowledgeable. They need more studs for men, but the no return policy on earrings even though I didn’t use them at all is a bit stupid. Not even a partial refund given waste of £20
Really nice atmosphere and a special mention to Leanne she was helpful, kind and my children found her energy and bubbly nature a rewarding experience on our shopping trip. An asset to your company well done Claire’s for hiring a friendly team of people.

Lovely earrings at affordable prices. I don't like the design of the links used for the necklaces, however, there are great options for pendants.
Cheap and cheerful and very popular with young girls! They have lots of offers but the signage is not always clear about this which means you spend a lot of time choosing only to have to do it all again. Not very happy they opened 15min late today and local vendors told me they open late a lot at the moment. Not so easy for excitable young people to wait (and that is their target clientele)...
Took my daughter to have her ears pierced on the 29th July and was served by Emma. Emma was great with my daughter who was really anxious. She explained the process really well and was patient whilst my daughter picked her earrings. Emma was seen sanatising her work areas which was really reassuring and took all the relevant hygiene precautions. Really great service and highly recommended!!!
Went in to get some bits for Halloween and the lady behind the till was really nice and chatty. Ended up offering 3 for 2 On the accessories I wanted which was evening better!
