Staff at the counter are rude, can’t be bothered to serve you. Really stuck up. Stood at the counter waiting to buy sterile water for my new piercing and was ignored by all the staff. One blonde lady looked directly at me and then turnt away to fix her hair and look in the mirror. We ended up just walking off.
I would have given them a higher rating but Dimitry served us today and his customer service is appalling. He is so unwelcoming and accused me of not being my daughter’s mother. He would have refused to serve us if we didn’t drag my husband out of the car to prove that I was her mother. Piercer Steve was amazing. Also every other piercer I have had in the past has been amazing too. Only Dimitry, on this occasion, is letting the team down and he is front facing.
We had a great ear piercing experience with my daughter today. Emma, who did the ear piercing, had a very sweet and soft approach towards my daughter, we were both feeling anxious but she put us at ease. Emma explained the whole process, she showed us that everything is sterile. The whole process lasted seconds. I would definitely highly recommend having piercing done by Emma at Maria Tash!
Hadn't had my ear pierced since I was a kid and woke up one Sunday thinking... why the hell not! Came down to this location and had such a great experience. Orla was overly patient with helping me pick between different earrings and provide her honest feedback on them! Lauren pierced me and it was as easy as it gets. One ear was still open the other we pierced in less than 5 minutes. 10/10 would recommend and return here myself if I'm in London and looking to get pierced. Thanks heaps ladies.
Brilliant customer service! This was my first nose jewellery post-piercing and I was unsure on what sizing would be best. I was helped out by Amelia on three visits to the store, and would say it's the best customer service I've experienced. Faultless. The jewellery looks superb - and whilst the price-point may be a little above what you'd pay elsewhere, the service makes it worth every penny. I'm looking to get my ears pierced next and will be heading back here based on my experience.
I want to thank Amelia personally for her help and styling advice and everything relating to my recent piercings (I’ve had a few). You’re in safe hands and the earrings and changing service is second to none. Amelia’s work for Maria Tash - Liberty is commendable, she has such great positive energy and no doubt you are a great role model to your team. Maria Tash are very fortunate to have such a dedicated staff member who takes extra care of her customers.
I had three piercings and bought four earrings back in October. I took good care of them and followed all the advice. A couple of weeks ago I noticed two had fallen out! I was very upset and felt they must have been loose. Luckily I managed to find one but not the white gold diamond star. I was gutted. Today I went to have the posts resized and told the manager, Dimitri what had happened and how upset I was. Of course it was only my word. He listened to me and to my surprise, he decided to replace the lost earring. I was overwhelmed and couldn’t be more grateful. Laura fitted them for me and she was sweet and helpful and very professional. This level of customer service is rare to find and it will have me coming back time and again. I can not rate the staff at Maria Tash, Liberty London high enough. Please pass on my gratitude.
Wonderful experience at Maria Tash in Liberty. Cassia was incredibly helpful, honest and friendly when discussing the piercings and jewellery for them. The piercings were done by Bethany who has done an awesome job. She really understood what she was doing and worked with my anatomy. Her manner was very calming and she consulted me throughout. A very good piercing experience. The person showing me the earring was very nice, friendly and helpful, showed me everything I was interested in, and was very polite. I was explained about the post-piercing process and received written instructions. The person doing the actual piercing was very professional and seemed very comfident and competent. The equipement is sterilized and photographed prior to piercing, and the exact position of the piercing is discussed. A few more instructions were given and that was it. The whole process was a nice experience and made me feel free of any health/hygiene related issues.
