I received the most delightful customer service from Ashley today. She was enthusiastic, helpful, cheerful and willing to go out of her way to assist me. With a big welcoming smile and an effervescent attitude, she’s an asset to the company.
Had my almost 5 month old baby girls ears pierced today at Claire’s. Couldn’t recommend Annabelle enough she done such an amazing job so professional. Would highly recommend her!

I was in store, on & off, over a period of around 3hrs Saturday p.m. 25/09/21. I spent around 1hr in there altogether. Carmen was the only sales assistant - as well as serving customers, carrying out piercings on two customers. She worked like a trooper, staying cheerful & polite. She deserves some recognition
the shop good, i always get my hair clips from here cz they have the best quality. thought it's a bit difficult to move around with a pushchair. but the staff is a bit rude, i asked for a product, bcz i couldn't move about freely with a pushchair, but she just said we do not have it, in a very rude tone, even though i found it later while going out of the shop... very rude staff...
Amazing shop for all ages there are earings, necklaces, braclets, hair accessories and many more. They also do ear piercing but today I was shocked to see them doing one ear at a time on a girl looking about 10. When I got my ears piecered they did it at the same time so there was less pain but they didn't this time. The prices where quite cheap but all I could notice was one member of staff doing her ears while the other was at the till. The staff are nice but today there weren't very many.
